How long will it take to complete my order?

The turn around time on your project varies depending on the complexity of your project. Most turn around estimates are listed on the services page. I typically complete most projects within 1-4 weeks or less (unless stated otherwise).

Do you do custom projects?

Yes, I do. Feel free to contact me with your budget and project details.

What is your refund policy?

I do not offer refunds, as payment is for the time I spent working on your project. I only will refund you if for some reason I cannot complete your project (which is highly unlikely) in which you will be refunded in full. I assure you to do your research to make sure we are a good fit before you commit to hiring me as your designer.

But what if I don't like the work you did?

That's understandable and very rare, but I always try my best to assure my clients are happy with their designs before they ever go live. I communicate every step of the way and give my clients 1-3 revisions. If you just for some reason are still not happy with my work after revisions, then I can refer you to some of my other designer friends, but no refunds will be made as payment is for the time I spent working on your project. Thanks for understanding.

Do you have a referral program?

I am currently in the process of refining my affiliate/referral program and it will be available soon!

I already have a website, can you still do me a new design?

Yes, I offer website redesign services. Contact me to discuss.

I have my own graphics, can you just make me a website?

Yes, if you have your own graphics I can build you a website around your preexisting graphics and color scheme. If you would like a total brand revamp, check out my brand kits.

Can you make me just a logo or flyer?

I do not offer stand alone graphic design services but I do create logos and graphics for all my brand identity kits and graphics as needed for my web design clients. If you are in need of graphic design only I can point you in the right direction to some of my designer friends.

Why do I have to sign a contract in order to work with you?

Contracts protect both of us in case of miscommunications, technical errors, and just to be sure everyone understands their obligations. My contract just assures that we both do our part and that we both are protected legally.

I’m busy building my empire. Can you manage my website and/or brand strategy for me?

Yes, I offer website and brand management retainer services starting at $500+/month depending on the tasks at hand. Contact me to discuss further.

I don’t like emailing, can we just hop on a phone/video call instead?

I understand but I prefer emailing or texting my design clients because it creates a paper trail that is great for archival purposes and to refer back to when I am working on your projects. Emails and texts come with time stamps and are good for logging info and incase of legal action on both parts. Phone calls cant do that and can be draining and a distraction when working on creative projects. I only offer phone/video calls for my retainer and in-person clients.

Do you provide 1:1 business mentorship/coaching?

Yes I do. You can book a 1:1 session with me here.

Can I switch my website hosting over to your servers?

Yes you can. I will help you move your hosting to my servers whenever you are ready.

I want to cancel my hosting package, what steps do I take?

You can cancel your hosting plan with me anytime. Just shoot me an email here and I'll take care of the rest.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept all major debit/credit cards and Apple Pay. If you wish to pay with CashApp, contact me to discuss.

Can I pay now, and pay the rest later?

I have recently decided to add payment plans to select packages. You can find more info on my services page.

Why do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit is required in order for me to start on and secure your project. Deposits are non-refundable. Your project will not be finalized/go live until the full payment is received.

Is my personal information safe?

Yes of course, my website is SSL encrypted and your information is 100% safe with me and will never be sold or used for anything immoral.

Can we meet up in person to discuss our project?

Meeting up is not a requirement for me to do my job as my job is 100% remote. If you wish to become a long-term retainer client in which I'd be happy to build an in-person business relationship with you as your dedicated web & brand designer + strategist.
