How long will it take to complete my project?
The turn around time on your project varies depending on the complexity of your project. Most turn around estimates are listed on the package page. I typically complete most projects within 1-6 weeks (unless stated otherwise).
Do you do custom projects?
Yes I do. Feel free to contact me with your budget and project details to see if we are a good fit.
What is your refund policy?
I have a strict no refund policy as payment is for my time and expertise. I assure you to do your research to make sure we are a good fit before you commit to making me your designer. I only offer refunds in the rare event that I cannot complete your project (which is highly unlikely), in which you will be refunded in full.
But what if I don't like the work you did?
That's understandable and very rare, but I always try my best to assure my clients are happy with their designs before they ever go live. I communicate every step of the way and give my clients 1-3 revisions. If you just for some reason are still not happy with my work then I can refer you to some of my other designer friends, but no refunds will be made as payment is for the time I spent working on your project. Thanks for understanding.
Do you have a referral program?

I have my own branding and graphics already, can you just make me a website?

I already have a website, can you still do me a new design?
I only offer WordPress, Systeme, or Wix website refreshes at the moment, and prefer to work with previous clients of Digital Pink Media.
Can you make me just a logo or flyer?
I only offer one and done design services for previous clients of Digital Pink Media or in conjunction with another package.
Why do I have to sign a contract in order to work with you?
Contracts protect both me and you from any fishy activity, and it's always best to have everything in writing. My contracts are simple and to the point with no hidden intentions, it just says I am doing A, and you are doing B, and that we agree.
I’m busy. Can you manage my website and/or brand for me?
Yes of course, please see my Monthly Retainer Services or Add-Ons for Website Maintence for this service.
I don’t like emailing, can we just hop on a phone/video call instead?
Emails are my preferred way of communication as it's easy to refer back too incase we want to reference notes for designs, etc. I do offer a complimentary free brand consultation call after you complete my new client application, and once you are accepted as my client, you will receive a 30 min-1 hour kick off call to further discuss your project. What payment methods do you accept?
I accept all major credit and debit cards, aswell as Apple Pay. I use Stripe to process my payments and invoices through my secure website. If you would like to pay via CashApp or Venmo that can be arranged. Please contact me for further info.
Can I pay now, and pay the rest later?
I offer payment plans on all of my packages and services. A deposit is required in order for me to start on your project no matter what, and the final amount will be due in order for your project to go live, and to receive any final deliverables.
Why do I have to pay a deposit?
Deposits protect me from wasting my time spending hours, days, and weeks designing and doing brainwork that I may never get paid for if I was to only accept payment afterwards. For me to be my most productive and creative, I require a deposits to start on all projects. Please see my refund policy above for more info on refunds.
Is my personal information safe?
Yes all of your information is 100% safe and will never be resold, re-shared, or retained other than for payment merchant and client portal purposes. Please see my privacy policy and site terms and conditions for more info.
Can we meet up in person to discuss our project?
I only meet with long-term retainer or return clients who want to have me on board full time, or full brand makeover clients who I am working on a set/location with for creative direction and branding insight. Other than that, my job is remote and meeting in person is not a requirement.
