I have a strict no refund policy as payment is for my time and expertise. I assure you to do your research to make sure we are a good fit before you commit to making me your designer. I only offer refunds in the rare event that I cannot complete your project (which is highly unlikely), in which you will be refunded 50% of your project's total if a final payment has been received. My deposits are non-refundable once I start on your project.

That's understandable and very rare, but I always try my best to assure my clients are happy with their designs before they ever go live. I communicate every step of the way and give my clients 1-3 revisions. If you just for some reason are still not happy with my work, that's unfortunate but still no refunds will be made as payment is for the time I spent working on your project. If you wish to cancel a project you must do it before the final payment is made.

Contracts protect both me and you from any suspicious activity, and it's always best to have everything in writing. My contracts are simple and to the point with no hidden intentions, it just says I am doing A (web design services), and you are doing B (paying for said service), and that we agree to the project scope and proposal.

Emails are my preferred way of communication as it's easy to refer back too incase we want to reference notes for designs, etc. I do offer a complimentary 15 minute intro/discovery call for new clients, and once your project is accepted, you will receive a 30 min-1 hour kick off call if you wish. I accept all major credit and debit cards, aswell as Apple Pay. I use Stripe to process my payments and invoices through my secure website. If you would like to pay via CashApp or Venmo that can be arranged. Please contact me for further info.

Of course. I offer payment plans on all of my packages and services. But a 50% deposit is required in order for me to start on your project no exceptions. The full amount must be paid in full before the project deadline in order for your website to go live, and to receive any final deliverables and assets.

I only meet in person with long-term retainer clients who may need me for a brand photoshoot, to collaborate on a marketing campaign with their team, or to be on a set/location to give creative direction and branding insight. Other than that, my job is 100% remote and meeting in person is not a requirement for me to design and manage your website. So no I will not meet up with you to simply discuss something we can discuss via email, phone, or Google Meets/Zoom.
